This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number N0060426Q4046 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for CHARTERED MARITIME VESSEL SUPPORT SERVICES.


This acquisition is NOT set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.


The 2022 NAICS code is 532411 (Commercial Air, Rail, and Water Transportation Equipment Rental and Leasing) and the Small Business Standard is $45.5 million. This requirement is unrestricted to firms and will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order (PO). The Office of Small Business Programs concurs with the full and open acquisition strategy.
