Avis d’appel d’offres Bonjour, L’Assemblée nationale invite des fournisseurs à soumissionner à l’appel d’offres public n° 370101651, Chauffage, ventilation et conditionnement de l'air (CVCA) L1-2301 [projet de Rénovation des édifices D et E – Phase 1]. Conditions d’admission pour présenter une offre : § Au cours des cinq années précédant la date d’ouverture des soumissions, l’entreprise et leurs administrateurs ne doivent pas avoir été déclarés coupables d’une infraction à la Loi fédérale sur la concurrence (L.R., 1985, ch. C-34) relativement à un appel d’offres ou à un contrat conclu avec une administration publique au Canada, ou s’ils ont été déclarés coupables, ont obtenu un pardon pour cette infraction. § L’entreprise ne doit pas être inscrite au registre des entreprises non admissibles aux contrats publics (RENA) ou, s’il y est inscrit, sa période d’inadmissibilité aux contrats publics doit être terminée. § Les entreprises ayant acheté les documents d’appel d’offres par l’entremise du système électronique d’appel d’offres public « SEAO ». § L’entreprise doit satisfaire à toute autre condition d’admissibilité prévue dans les documents d’appel d’offres. Date et heure de fermeture de l’appel d’offres : jeudi, 2 juillet 2026, avant 11 h 00, heure locale. Seules seront considérées les soumissions reçues sous pli cacheté et bien identifiées (nom de la firme, numéro d’appel d’offres, date et heure de fermeture) ou celles transmises par voie électronique tel qu’indiqué dans les documents d’appel d’offres. L’Assemblée nationale se réserve le droit, au moment de l’analyse des soumissions, de refuser toutes les soumissions présentées.
