Chef Instructor (ACAN)

The Department of National Defence and Canadian Armed Forces requires a sole-source contract award for a qualified Chef Instructor to deliver on-site On-the-Job Training to Reserve Force Cooks at Canadian Forces Base Gagetown in Oromocto, New Brunswick. The instructor must be employed by a provincially recognized post-secondary institution with an established academic quality assurance framework and must hold a Red Seal certification, have completed an approved Instructor Development Course, and possess a minimum of 5,000 hours of kitchen management experience.
