By means of the RFSO, NRCan is seeking offers from Offeror for analytical services on solid samples containing carbon in the form of graphite and other forms of carbon (coke etc.), on an as and when required basis. These samples will originate from test work to separate graphitic carbon from carbonaceous carbon (baked and green coke).NRCan intends to award one (1) Standing Offer. The period of the Standing Offer will be for a one-year period with three (3) option periods of one year, under the same terms and conditions.
