Solicitation # RFI 6648-26
The City of Spokane, through its Solid Waste Disposal Department, has issued Request for Information RFI 6648-26 to identify chemical and surface solutions for combustion-side fouling and slagging control at its Waste-to-Energy Facility located in Spokane, Washington. The city is seeking technical, commercial, and performance data from qualified suppliers regarding ash-modifiers, slag-control, deposit-modification, and anti-fouling products, including chemical additives and surface coatings. This RFI is for information-gathering purposes only and does not constitute a formal solicitation for bids or a commitment to purchase. Interested respondents must submit their responses electronically via the ProcureWare portal by February 23, 2027, with a clarification deadline of February 12, 2027. Required submissions include detailed company and product overviews, technical performance data specifically related to municipal solid waste incineration, implementation requirements for injection or application equipment, and commercial pricing structures.
