Bidders are required to use the provided quote and specification forms; incomplete forms or those stating see attached may result in rejection. The City reserves the right to award the contract to the overall low bidder or split the award among multiple bidders. Payment terms are net 30 days or better, with invoices submitted in duplicate within two days of shipment. The vendor must comply with all Federal, State Highway, and CAL-OSHA regulations, as well as AQMD rule 1191, and provide proof of workers compensation insurance before commencing performance.
