Child Care Subsidy Program Administration Services

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is 24361821R0001and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC Number/Effective Date: FAC 2021-03, 02/16/2021. The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) is requesting proposals for Administrative Services to administer the Child Care Subsidy Program for OPM employees. The services are to being solicited on behalf of OPM's Human Resources as part of the Work /Life Wellness initiative, as specified herein. Please refer to the attachments for further details.
