Project: Galvanized Service Line Replacement Program Owner: ORANGE WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY 400 JONES FERRY ROAD CARRBORO, NORTH CAROLINA 27510 Date: April 6, 2026 Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed Bids will be received by Orange Water and Sewer Authority from Bidders until 3 P.M., local time, on 14, May, 2026 for CIP No. 275-01, Project: “Galvanized Service Line Replacement Program” at the Board Room at 400 Jones Ferry Road, Carrboro, NC, at which time the Bids received will opened and read aloud. Bids will be received for a Unit Price General Construction Contract. The Contractor and all Subcontractors shall have valid North Carolina General Contractor’s Licenses for the type and value of the work to be performed. The Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the complete and operable installation of: The replacement of galvanized services on the private side of the service line, and all associated appurtenances as described in the Specifications and as shown on the Drawings. The foregoing description shall not be construed as a complete description of all work required. Beginning on 6, April, 2026 the Contract Documents will be available. Electronic copies of the Contract Documents will be available upon request. Interested parties can email Dave Malinauskas at malinauskasdg@cdmsmith.com.
