Full Description

The City of Roseville Electric Department is replacing a 12kV metal-clad switchgear at Cirby Substation. The City is soliciting bids for the civil construction required to support this project. The work includes demolition of existing concrete foundations, pad foundation construction, concrete walkway/stairs construction, and conduit and grounding grid installation. See the Project Manual for the full scope of work. The substation will remain energized during construction. Please refer to Section 2.16 of the Specifications in the Project Manual for necessary Contractor qualifications. This will be a competitive bid process based on the lump sum amount. Qualified contractors that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Quotations and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate.
