This contract is for the procurement of two circuit card assemblies identified by NSN 5998-20-001-6298 and part number 714-152A, with a total contract value of $2.00 per unit. Delivery is required within 168 days from the contract award date to the DLA Distribution facility in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, with FOB origin terms and zero variance allowed in quantity. The item is designated as a critical application and must meet stringent packaging and handling standards per MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129 for marking. ESD and EMI protection are mandatory, requiring the use of certified barrier materials under MIL-PRF-81705, including Type I and Type III barrier wraps, with all materials sourced from qualified manufacturers on the QPL-81705 list. Components must be physically protected to prevent damage to leads and terminals, and the packaging must include a secondary containment for any mercury-containing devices such as fluorescent lamps, as specified by NAVSEA 5100-003D. Mercury and mercury compounds are strictly prohibited from intentional addition or direct contact with the hardware, except for approved functional uses in batteries, instruments, or weapon systems. The supplier must comply with DLA’s packaging requirements and complete a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level 2 Self-Assessment, and all technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements. The contract is subject to government inspection and acceptance at the destination, and all materials must be preserved, packed, and labeled per DLA directives.
