The purpose of this notice is to obtain the following information: (1) The availability and capability of qualified small business sources; (2) Whether or not this requirement is suitable for a Small Business set-aside Award under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, Size standard of $15,000,000.00 Requirement Description: On behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command (RSC) the United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) has a requirement for replacement of three circulation pumps with all new Taco pump/Leeson electric motor units or approved equal located at Indiana County Memorial ARC, 443 North 4th Street, Indiana, PA 15701-1296. The magnitude for this construction requirement is less than $25,000. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract as a result of the solicitation to be issued. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, technical support, supervision and transportation to accomplish all work in accordance with the DRAFT Scope of Work (SOW).
