This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (Cisco K9 2911 Routers) and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation number is N0003013T0756 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-69. In order to be considered for award, the vendor must either be a Gold Certified Cisco Partner. All vendors are required to submit documentation with their offer that identifies Cisco Partnership level. The vendor's Cisco Partner status will be verified by the Government with Cisco Brand Protection prior to award. The vendor shall warrant that all products are new and in their original Cisco box or is an original Cisco item. The vendor confirms to have sourced all Cisco products provided under this contract directly from Cisco or through Cisco authorized channels only.
