This RFI, identified as RFI1812472, is strictly for information gathering and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award a contract. Responses are due by May 25, 2026, and must confirm the vendor’s ability to provide authorized Cisco hardware, ensure full Trade Agreements Act compliance, guarantee no components are manufactured in China, and meet a 60-day delivery window from award to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. The requirement is set aside exclusively for small businesses under the Small Business Administration’s total small business set-aside program with NAICS code 334419, and respondents must disclose their socioeconomic status including any registration under 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, or WOSB programs. All delivered equipment must be brand-name or equal Cisco hardware with a one-year warranty, properly labeled for delivery to ATTN: Kay Diaz at 2320 Radin Road, McGuire AFB, NJ 08641, and accompanied by shipment tracking information. No installation, configuration, testing, or integration services are required; the procurement is limited to delivery of the specified hardware only. While the RFI does not include formal contract clauses, evaluation factors, pricing data, or a defined contract type, it outlines mandatory compliance conditions including adherence to TAA and 2GIT standards and the prohibition of Chinese-manufactured components. The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with responding to the RFI, and all submissions must be sent via email to A1C Theodore Hyatt at theodore.hyatt@us.af.mil. The information collected will inform future procurement decisions, with no obligation to proceed with an award.
