Full Description

This is a Synopsis for Sole-Source Request for Quote (RFQ) PANROC-18-P-0000 064103. This notice is issued solely for informational purposes to inform industry of an intended sole-source action. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for software in support of the Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS). This requirement will also serve Plant Maintenance General Fund Enterprise Business System (PM GFEBS) and the Plant Maintenance Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program. Under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(I)(B), the Government intends to issue an award to Immix Group's subsidiary EC America who is found to be the only source available. Offeror shall not propose less than the total required quantities stated above. Price analysis shall be used to determine price reasonableness. The award will be made to Immix Group's subsidiary EC America, conforming to the terms and conditions of the Request for Quote. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this synopsis. ACC-RI will not pay for information received in response to this synopsis. Responses to the synopsis submittals will not be returned. All changes to the solicitation synopsis that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this synopsis.
