Citrix XenApp Issue Resolution and Health Check

The USDA - National Finance Center, New Orleans, LA intends to issue a Sole Source contract in accordance with the procedures of FAR 13.5 and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source to, Citrix Systems, Inc., 851 W Cypress Creek Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309-2009. This is for on-site support in the resolution of performance issues within the XenApp environment, known to National Finance Center (NFC) as the Server Based Computing environment, and to perform a Health Check on the NFC Server Based Computing Environment. No solicitation is available. This notice is NOT a Request for Proposal. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not intend to submit a solicitation for proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
