City of Anaheim Wells 39 and 47 PFAS Treatment Systems, also referred to as Groundwater Treatment Plants, Phase C-2 (Project) will construct new groundwater treatment systems at the existing Well 48 and 53 sites. These wells provide domestic water to Anaheim Public Utilities (APU) customers. The Project will include the installation of ion exchange systems to treat per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). This will include installing ion exchange resin vessels, pre-filtration systems, additional site piping, well modifications, electrical upgrades, and other minor improvements and appurtenances.
