The City of Calgary (“The City”) is seeking Proposals from qualified service providers capable of delivering a sustainable, zero‑cost solution to continue offering free Public Wi-Fi at key municipal locations, including transit LRT platforms, recreation centres, and other City facilities. Respondents are requested to outline proposed service and partnership models, operational requirements, and approaches that support The City’s digital equity strategy, meet resident expectations, and ensure reliable long‑term service delivery. Moreover, access to and use of the Public Wi-Fi Service must be provided at no cost to the public. In exchange, The City will provide access to designated Sites, applicable environmental infrastructure (as available), and approved marketing opportunities.
