The City of Calgary, on behalf of the Calgary Fire Department (CFD) (Schedule A), Canada Task Force 2 (CAN-TF2) (Schedule B), and Emergency Management & Community Safety (EMCS) (Schedule C), is seeking qualified Proponent(s) to provide high-fidelity immersive medical scenario services. These services include, but are not limited to, advanced moulage applications and simulated hemorrhage systems. The term of the resulting agreement(s) will be for a period of Seven (7) years for all Schedules. The required services will support critical training initiatives, including the medical training component of the 2026–2028 Advanced First Aid (AFA) Off-Roster Block Training Program and Recruit Medical Training, in addition to other scenario-based training requirements. These additional services apply to Schedule A (CFD) only.
