The City is inviting qualified and experienced Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of Vehicle Servicing and Vehicle Cleaning services for the Calgary Transit (CT) fleet, consisting of approximately 1101 Buses and 224 Light Rail Vehicles (LRVs). The Services will be performed primarily during evening and overnight hours at six (6) CT Garages as well as associated LRV storage locations located throughout the city. The successful Proponent will be responsible for ensuring that Buses and LRVs are serviced and cleaned to support vehicle readiness for next-day Revenue Service. There are three (3) Schedules for this RFP: • Schedule 1 – Stone Transit Facility (STF) and Oliver Bowen Maintenance Facility (OBMF), including Tuscany and Saddletowne Tailtracks • Schedule 2 – Spring Gardens Garage (SG), Calgary Transit Access Garage (CTAG) • Schedule 3 – Victoria Park Garage (VP) and Anderson Garage (AG), including Haysboro LRV Storage Location (Haysboro), Somerset-Bridlewood and 69 Street Tailtracks Proponents may submit Proposals for one (1), two (2) or all three (3) Schedules.
