1. This RFP is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Schedule H - Buildings General Contractor. 2. This Project consists of the reconstruction, including intersection and geometry improvements and Rehabilitation of Southland Drive SW. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Scheduled operational date for Schedule A & C - Reconstruction is 2027-09-03, Scheduled operational date for Schedule B - Reconstruction is 2026-10-02.
