1. This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Schedule N -Road Construction OR Schedule N - Asphalt Road Works. 2. The work includes pavement rehabilitation (i.e. mill and inlay asphalt), repair of linear concrete infrastructure, subsurface repairs if necessary, and all traffic accommodation. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Scheduled operational date is October 02, 2026.
