The City of Cocoa, FL is seeking qualified contractors to perform comprehensive rehabilitation services for a single-family residence located at 1203 Cypress Lane, Cocoa, FL 32922. This rehabilitation project is funded through the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) program to improve housing conditions for low-income, elderly and Disable residents.
