Vendors and/or Contractors shall provide a turnkey installation of boilers components and services to upgrade the existing boilers system per the scope of work in the bid documents. Work includes but is not limited to the removal and disposal of (3) old boilers per E.P.A. regulations. The installation of (3) new efficient boilers per specifications, along with modifications to the existing stainless-steel flu pipe, water supply pipes, return pipes, gas, and electrical lines. Along with supplying, and sizing all new piping with insulation, and all necessary items, equipment, and labor needed for a complete installation and proper function of new boilers.
