The Department of Military Affairs is looking to enter a one-time contract with a responsible vendor for the purpose of procuring Thermal Target Overlays (No Substitute), Camp Ripley, 15000 Highway 115, Little Falls, MN 56345. Specifications and scope of work further defined in Exhibit C of the Sample Contract.
THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/SOLICITATION. Responders must submit their bids on the Supplier Portal. No Non-Electronic or email response will be accepted. The response must be submitted no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.
QUESTIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation shall be made in writing to Ms. Sarah Posterick, contact@example.gov. If a Responder discovers and significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify Sarah Posterick in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document.
All questions should be submitted no later than the date and time defined in Section 1 of the Request For Bid. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation.
