A proposal submitted in response to this RFQ must be filed with the City electronically by 5:00pm on 21st of November 2025. The City encourages disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms (or teams) to respond. The on-call contract will be for 2 years with the option to extend up to 2 more years at the City’s discretion. For more information, please refer to the RFQ Document linked at kenmorewa.gov/requestsforproposals.
