Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by City of Lebanon, Lebanon County, for 2025 Paving Projects until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened, with the bid results posted on PennBid shortly thereafter. All bidding documents and specifications are available at no cost on PennBid. https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Work along Lincoln Ave generally includes 2.5” milling, the application of scratch course and 2” overlay. Before overlay, work includes areas of 4” base repair. Work along Willow Street generally includes 2.5” milling, the application of scratch course, 2” overlay and line painting. Work along Liberty Street generally includes 2” milling, the application of scratch course and 1.5” overlay. Bidders are advised that Federal Davis Bacon prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the U.S. Department of Labor shall apply and that minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents shall be paid on the project. City of Lebanon hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
