(FORMER FIRE STA. #9) 391 NE 38TH ST, OAKLAND PARK, FL 33334 STATE CONTRACTING & ENGINEERING CORP. (SCEC) is the awarded CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR) for this project, SEEKING SEALED BIDS from PRE-QUALIFIED BIDDERS ONLY on behalf of the City of Oakland Park for a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not limited to: Selective demolition and renovation of exterior hardening enhancements such as the installation of new windows and doors, roof replacement, covered outdoor canopies, parapet extensions, and lighting improvements. Interior renovations of spaces and restroom upgrades. The existing building is approximately 7,168 GSF.
