The City of Patterson is soliciting bids for construction of a gateway monument sign.The City of Patterson hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religious creed, sex, or national origin in consideration for an award.The major work consists of the installation of a gateway monument sign on the southeast corner of Sperry Avenue and Rodgers Road in the City of Patterson. This includes Shop Drawings, sign structure and walls, formed metal components, digital display, lighting, fountain system, and service connections. The time for completion is 90 working days per Caltrans’ 5-Day Construction Workday Calendar.SEALED BIDS will be received until 2:00 P.M. local time on November 21, 2024 by the Engineering Department at the City of Patterson, 1 Plaza, Patterson, California 95363, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids shall be dropped off or mailed to the Engineering Department, City of Patterson, attention of Tiffany Rodriguez, Deputy Director of Engineering. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope.
