CITY OF PFLUGERVILLE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS City of Pflugerville, Texas County of Travis Competitive Sealed Proposals will be accepted online via CivCast at www.civcastusa.com, Project ID – “Pflugerville – East Pflugerville Parkway/Jesse Bohls Extension and Realignment Roadway Project” for furnishing all labor; material, tools and equipment and performing all work required for the construction of 0.94 miles of paving, grading, storm water systems w/detention, drainage culverts, erosion control, pedestrian facilities, signage, pavement markings, illumination, and traffic signals. Online services will open for submission of Competitive Sealed Proposals on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, and close on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. CDT. Offerors must follow submittal instructions on www.civcastusa.com. Hard copy proposals will not be accepted for this solicitation. Results will be read in a Virtual Bid Opening beginning at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Access instructions for the Virtual Bid Opening will be posted on the procurement website. Proposals must be submitted on the Proposal forms provided and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in a penal sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Contract Price proposed. The security may be in the form of a Bid Bond furnished by a reliable surety company having authority under the laws of Texas to write surety bonds in the amount required, with such security made payable without recourse to the City. The final Notice of Award of Contract will be issued to the successful bidder by the City within sixty (60) days following the opening of bids and no bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after opening thereof. The successful Offeror must furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, from a surety company authorized by the State of Texas to act as surety.
