City of Sherman Historic Texas Sign and Plaza

The City of Sherman is soliciting bids for the construction of a new corner plaza at the intersection of W. Houston St. and S. The award will be made through a trade-off evaluation, prioritizing the Project Plan at 40%, Pricing at 40%, and References at 20%. Contractors must submit a detailed Project Plan including company experience, staff qualifications, equipment availability, bonding capacity verified by a surety letter and A.M. Best rating, and account oversight details. At least five references are required—with three from government clients and two from similar projects.
