CITY OF SNOHOMISH REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATONS PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES BICKFORD AVENUE SIDWALK GAPS PROJECT The City of Snohomish (City) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering consulting firms to provide professional engineering services for the Bickford Avenue Sidewalk Gaps Project. The selected consultant will prepare a complete Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) package and provide related engineering services necessary to support the project through bidding. SOQs must be received no later than 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. Late proposals will not be accepted. Submittals shall be submitted electronically in PDF format by email to: Siobhan Waltman at waltman@snohomishwa.gov with “Bickford Avenue Sidewalk Gaps RFQ” in the subject line.
