City of St. Albert - Request for Proposal - Edmonton Region Collaboration Framework

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an Edmonton Region Collaboration Framework, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). On behalf of the 13 municipalities within the Edmonton Metropolitan Region (EMR), the City of St. Albert is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to support the development of a new regional governance model for the 13 municipalities to work together voluntarily. Through member engagement, research, and analysis of regional governance models, the Consultant will provide recommendations, governance documentation, and implementation considerations to guide future regional collaboration and decision-making.
