RFQ/RFP Opening: November 5, 2026 at 4:00 PM
Project is funded in whole or in part with State of CT DAS funds. Per Sec. 10-287 this will be a combined Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals. Proposals meeting the qualifications criteria in the RFQ will be reviewed.

Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting: October 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Meet at the front of Julia A. Stark Elementary School, located at 398 Glenbrook Rd, Stamford, CT 06906
