STATEMENT OF PURPOSEThe City of West Sacramento (City) is seeking Statements of Qualifications(SOQ) from qualified firms or individuals (Proposer) to establish a pre-qualified On-Call List for various Professional Services on an as-needed basis by the City.The pre-qualified On-Call list will be utilized to award future contract agreements for professional services on a project-by-project and/or task-by-task basis. Contract award amounts will be based on the negotiated scope of work and effort for the project and/or task.
