Civil Engineering Design (Paving & Roadway)

This subcontract opportunity is for primary civil engineering design services supporting prime contractors on paving and roadway projects for the City of Gilroy in California. The selected provider will be responsible for developing comprehensive paving plans, technical specifications, and probable construction cost estimates, known as PS&E, with required submissions at the 60 percent, 95 percent, and 100 percent completion stages.
