Sealed bids on forms prepared by the City of Essex Junction will be received by the City of Essex Junction at the City of Essex Junction offices, located at 2 Lincoln Street in Essex Junction, Vermont, until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on 08/ 27 /2026 for the Clarifiers Rehabilitation project. The contract generally includes the following work items at the Water Resource Recovery Facility located at 35 Cascade Street in the City of Essex Junction: Primary Clarifier #1 • All steel in immersion including walls, rake arms and any miscellaneous piping. This does not include the steel-effluent channels. • Concrete Floors in immersion including grout injection to stop water infiltration, resurfacing, and lining.
