Clarion is seeking to retain multiple Work Order Contracts with up to three Contractors to address Miscellaneous Roofing Repair Services.
1. Penn West University, Clarion Campus, a member of the Pennsylvania State System of Education (System) is seeking to retain a Work Order Contract for Construction (WOCC) to address Miscellaneous Roofing Repair Services on an as needed basis. Contractors must be available on 24/7 notice and be physically located within a 75-mile radius of campus to provide a maximum of a two (2) hour response time to onsite emergency services if called upon.
2. Work included under this Contract consists of working on the campus of Penn West, Clarion located in Clarion Counties. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, repair and replacement of various types of roofing needs. The contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and perform all work necessary to complete each project to the approval of the State System of Higher Education. See Division 1 General Requirements Section 01010 Summary of Work for full scope of work.
3. This contract is intended to be issued as a one-year agreement renewable for up to two (2) additional two-year terms (total of five years possible). This Contract will be a unit-priced Work Order Contract for Construction Contract, against which Individual Work Orders will be issued as services are needed. Pre-Bid Conference Date/Time
