United States Government Seeks Leased Office Space in Montgomery, AL The United States Government seeks to lease class "A" contigous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 15,993 rentable square feet yielding 14,024 ABOA together with seventeen (17) structured parking spaces are required.Above ground floor space is preferred. Public transportation must be within several blocks of the offered location. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Governments for Security, Fire Safety, Handicapped Accessibility, Seismic and Sutainability standards per the ter of the Lease. Subleases are not acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North Boundary: Bibb Street South Boundary: Montgomery Street East Boundary: Commerce Street West Boundary: Lee Street Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 25, 2018. The incumbent location will be solicited. All expressions of interest submitted by broker/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. All intersted parties are requested to submit a photograph of the building and a floor plan of the space being offered. In no eventshall the Offeror enter into negotiations of discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized representative.
