Full Description

Clean and Connected Pueblo is an approximately two-month, City-led campaign to remove bulky waste from neighborhoods and clean up public spaces. The campaign has two components: Community Drop-Off Sites. Three days per week (generally Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday), the City will set up dumpsters at sites in different areas of the City so residents can drop off large waste items. These include furniture, mattresses and box springs, appliances (refrigerated and non-refrigerated), tires, scrap metal, green waste (branches, leaves, and similar), batteries, and other bulky items. Litter Abatement. On the Wednesdays and Fridays between drop-off days, the City will send litter abatement crews to clean up public areas. The City will provide the dumpsters, hauling and disposal, trash bags, and other cleaning supplies and materials. The Contractor will provide the workforce and crew leadership that makes these operations run safely and efficiently each day, working under the City's direction.
