The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, vehicles, materials, tools, transportation, and other resources necessary to perform litter collection, debris removal, roadway and public-area cleaning, and related services within the designated service areas. Services shall be performed in accordance with the requirements, schedules, and area-specific responsibilities identified in this solicitation.
