CITY OF SANTA FE, TEXAS NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS DISASTER DEBRIS REMOVAL SERVICES RFP No. COSFTX-RFP#2026-003 The City of Santa Fe, Texas, is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide Disaster Debris Removal Services in preparation for and response to hurricanes, tropical storms, floods, tornadoes, and other natural or man-made disasters. Services may include emergency roadway clearance, collection and removal of vegetative and construction and demolition debris, debris hauling and disposal, debris management site operations, debris reduction, hazardous tree and stump removal, white goods and household hazardous waste handling, and related disaster recovery services.
