CLEANING AND TRASH/DEBRIS REMOVAL SERVICES - ARMD

The City of Anaheim Public Works Department is seeking competitive bids for Cleaning and Trash/Debris Removal Services within the ARMD designated work areas, specifically the Resort Area. The scope of work requires the contractor to perform twice-daily maintenance of bus shelters, community furniture trash receptacles, and Big Belly trash receptacles, as well as cleaning traffic signal poles up to seven feet high. The contract is structured as an Invitation for Bid with a performance period of 52 weeks per year. Award will be granted to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder who demonstrates the necessary resources and experience to perform all scheduled items within the required time frames. Key administrative requirements include the submission of a bid bond, a valid UEI number, and an Anaheim Business License. Bidders must provide at least three references from similar work performed within the last three years and submit all bids electronically via the City's eProcurement Portal by December 1, 2026. The contractor must adhere to strict hazardous waste packaging and labeling standards, ensure all personnel wear identification, and maintain records for three years following final payment. The City retains the right to terminate the agreement upon five days' written notice and requires all services to be accepted in writing to be deemed complete.
