Health Canada is looking to have all exterior drains, interior pits and troughs cleaned out at 3 HC buildings.
The initial period of contract is from date of the contract award for two years plus up to three (3) additional one (1) year option periods under the same conditions.
The Bidder or their authorized representative(s) shall request a site visit. The visit will start at the Radiation Protection Building (RPB), Sir Fredrick Banting Building (SFB), Laboratory Centre for Disease Control (LCDC), Bidders are ask to notify in writing the Health Canada, Procurement Officer (by email to rene.beauchamp@hc-sc.gc.ca to confirm their attendance and to provide the name of representative(s). Site visit is scheduled for December 5th 2024 at 10:00 am Ottawa time.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:
1. The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the
Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
2. The Contractor personnel requiring access to sensitive site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC.
3. Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to be awarded without the prior written permission of the CSP, PWGSC.
4. The Contractor must comply with the provisions of the:
a) Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable), attached at Annex C;
b) Contract Security Manual (Latest Edition).
