The initial period of contract is from date of the contract award for two years plus up to three (3) additional one (1) year option periods under the same conditions. The Bidder or their authorized representative(s) shall request a site visit. The visit will start at the Radiation Protection Building (RPB), Sir Fredrick Banting Building (SFB), Laboratory Centre for Disease Control (LCDC), Bidders are ask to notify in writing the Health Canada, Procurement Officer (by email to contact@example.gov to confirm their attendance and to provide the name of representative(s). Site visit is scheduled for December 5th 2024 at 10:00 am Ottawa time. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: 1. The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). 2.
