Cleaning Services for the Embassy of Canada to Saudi Arabia, in Riyadh

The Embassy of Canada to Saudi Arabia is soliciting proposals for Cleaning Services for the following location;ChanceryThe Chancery main building occupies 3 floors consisting of a Basement, First Floor and Ground Floor.Other facilities include a Gym, swimming pool, a maple leaf club, change rooms, tennis courts and Security Guard Hut with waiting area and interview booths. The area is about 3,000 m².The objective of this requirement is to provide cleaning services for the Chancery locations as per industry standards, thus, maintaining cleanliness and providing decent working conditions its approximately 70 occupants.The Contractor must provide cleaning services including all labour, supervision, cleaning materials, supplies, consumables, uniforms, tools and equipment required to carry out the work as described herein, unless stated otherwise.
