National Individual Standing Offers are required to solicit offerors for a list of subject-matter experts that may be contracted by Infrastructure Canada (INFC), to provide expert technical and advisory services in fields associated with low-carbon and climate resilient infrastructure, including for various asset classes such as water/wastewater, community assets (e.g., community buildings, roads, etc.) , natural and hybrid infrastructure, transit, housing and solid waste. Under the Standing Offer, technical and advisory services will be provided primarily to Infrastructure Canada.
This Standing Offer is to be used by Infrastructure Canada.
The Standing Offer will have the following work streams, offerors may submit offer on one or multiple streams:
(1) Climate change resiliency and infrastructure,
(2) Greenhouse Gas (GHG) mitigation and infrastructure,
(3) Integrated low-carbon resilience and infrastructure,
(4) Indigenous lens on climate resilient infrastructure and low carbon approaches, and
(5) Natural Infrastructure and Nature-based Solutions.
Types of technical or advisory services that could be required under each work stream of work could include: “table-top” technical investigations, studies including recommendations, analysis and reports, development and delivery of training, development and production of capacity building tools and resources.
The intent of this RFSO is to issue multiple National Individual Standing Offers for each Stream listed, valid for four years. To be used in a right of first refusal basis.
