CMAC Lease

The City of Fresno has entered into a lease agreement with the Community Media Access Collaborative (CMAC) for approximately 8,801 gross square feet of space located at 1555 Van Ness Avenue, Fresno, California, 93721. The lease encompasses two floors of already improved existing facilities, allowing CMAC to continue operating its media center at a site they have occupied since 2010. The project is classified under NAICS code 531120. Because the project involves the lease of existing facilities with no new construction, ground disturbance, or increased capacity, it has been granted a Categorical Exemption from CEQA requirements under Section 15301/Class 1. This determination confirms that the project will have no significant environmental impact.
