5- Axis Milling Machine

The 97th Maintenance Group at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is seeking to acquire one 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center with a 30" x 20" x 20" capacity and an integrated 2-axis trunnion rotary table, along with one Super Speed Vertical Machining Center measuring 50" x 20" x 25". These machines must comply with specifications outlined in DAFI 63-140 and its Air Force Materiel Command supplement. The contracting officer intends to award this requirement to Phillips Corp. Federal Division as the sole source capable of delivering equipment that meets these specific compliance requirements, under the authority of RFO 5.103, with no competition solicited. Interested parties are invited to submit capability statements including detailed technical and cost information by June 22, 2026, 9:00 AM CST, via email only, to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirement, though submission does not guarantee competition.
