Amendment 0001, Issued 12 August 2026, implements the following changes:



1) Attachment 1 - Statement of Work is revised and incorporated into RFQ 12445526Q0102. This revision A0001 replaces all previous versions. 



All other solicitation documents, terms, and conditions remain unchanged.

Solicitation number 12445526Q0102 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for CNF Washburn Warehouse Re-siding.



PROJECT SUMMARY: The USFS is pursuing a Purchase Order for siding replacement and associated construction services on the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. Work includes but is not limited to removal of existing siding, installation of a continuous weather-resistive barrier (WRB), structural inspection and repairs, installation of wall sheathing where required, window replacement, door replacement, installation of new exterior siding systems, replacement of soffit and fascia components, flashing improvements, and associated exterior trim work. Services shall be performed by the awardee in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this solicitation, including those found in the solicitation attachments.



SET-ASIDE: This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business entities under 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction (Size Standard: $45M).
