Communication outside of the Bonfire portal WILL NOT be accepted. Hard copies WILL NOT be accepted. Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Finance and Management is receiving proposals until 2:00 PM local time on December 20, 2024 for professional engineering services for the CNG Station Renovation project. The City of Columbus has CNG fueling facilities within the city of Columbus that serve not only city fleet vehicles but allows access by the public to fuel privately owned CNG vehicles. One CNG fueling station, located at 4211 Groves Rd., was completed in 2012. This station is in need of replacing the two existing compressors and installing a third compressor to aid in the required production. All the existing dispensers will need to be replaced with new dispensers. There will be a need for a small structure to house the controls for the compressors and dispensers. The dispenser filters are currently underground on the dispenser island and need to be above ground and housed in cabinets. Another CNG fueling station, located at 5115 Krieger Ct., needs to increase the production storage at this station. This will include installing an additional compressor and storage rack. *** The MBE/WBE Goal for this project is: 10% *** A pre-proposal meeting and facility tour shall be held at: 11:00 AM local time on November 25, 2024. Location is at the fueling station at 4211 Groves Rd., Columbus, OH 43232. Attendance is strongly encouraged. The last day to submit questions is 12:00 PM local time on December 13, 2024.
