Toyama, Contract Specialist, Phone (334) 953-8083. Brand Name Justification Facts Justifying Brand Name : a. Why is this brand name product essential for your requirments?: Coalesse is the manufacture of ACSC's current table top connectors. All of the current equipment used in the classroom's are Coalesse products. In order for the train table to connect to the exsisting tables and match it must be a Coalesee Product. b. What are the unique capabilites of this product: The salient characterisics of this product is it requires no leg support, connects to the exsisting tables with pre-drilled hardware, houses connections for IT equipment and matches the current equipment specifically the unique latching mechanism in order for the tables to fit correctly. c. Why no other product can meet your requirement?: No other product can meet the requirement of ACSC because the current models being used are all Coalesse products. Using a different product would cause a mismatch in the furniture, the latching devices would not align, the warranty would void on current tables, and there are no other products that match the installation method and size of these tables. ACSC would have to replace all current table top runners in every classroom that would cost the government an estimate of $50,000.
